How it works...

Q: What is included?

A:  Our primary staging package includes; Living Room, (1) Dining Area, Kitchen, Primary Bedroom + Primary Bath, Foyer if applicable. We can calculate by the room to make adjusting to your budget easy!

Ask about any additional rooms cost!  

Q: Do you charge for the initial consultation?  

A:  Our consultation design meeting cost is $100 for up to 90-minute consult. If you choose our services, 90% of the charge will be applied to your total for the project. (.45 per mile if farther than 45 miles from our Dickson location) 

Q: What are the payment terms for staging? 

A: A 25% deposit and signed agreement are required to reserve staging and installation date. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the staging installation.   

Q: How long can the staging stay in the house?  

A: Our standard staging term is 45 days. Staging Term extensions are available, if needed, at a discounted rate, calculated at a weekly 7-day term.   

Q: How long does it take to install the staging process? 

A: We ask for two full business days to stage your property. Our preferred installation days are Monday, Friday and Saturday.  We can accommodate other days on priority basis.

You can leave the decorating up to us!  We will match the decor with the home style to highlight the best features of your home.
